What should I wear to class?
Wear whatever you'd wear to any workout — gym shoes with good lateral support, athletic shorts or leggings, and a moisture-wicking top. Bring a water bottle. We'll take care of the rest.
Do I need prior gym experience?
None at all. F45 is designed to be accessible from day one — coaches demo every movement, screens show you exactly what to do at each station, and modifications are always available. Beginners are not just welcome; they thrive here.
How is F45 different from other group fitness classes?
F45 workouts are programmed globally and change every single day — you will never repeat the same class twice. What does the trial include?
The trial gives you access to classes at any of our 7 Tucson-area locations. You'll get the full F45 experience — coached sessions, station screens, team atmosphere — with no obligation to continue afterward.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?

What if I have an injury or physical limitation?
Let your coach know before class. Every exercise has a lower-impact or range-of-motion modification, and our coaches are trained to keep you moving safely within your limits.
